With over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and management, Nick Natale combines his real-world business experience with a straight forward approach on how to tackle common and complex human capital challenges and aggressive sales challenges. Nick has risen through his career from his beginnings as an outside sales representative, then as a sales and marketing manager and finally on to being owner of his own business. After graduating from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a Business Marketing degree, Nick’s career allowed him to work with Scott Paper Company, Air Components & Systems (Ingersoll-Rand industrial distributorship), American Secure Care (Magnavox OEM and distribution company), Spireon, Inc. and as proprietor and owner of Pro View Systems, Inc. His most recent position is with Spireon, Inc. serving as the Southeast Regional Manager within the Fleet Services Division.
Nick is abreast of the challenges facing business leaders and is adept in the tools, processes and solutions which address these issues and create positive advancements and results for companies. His goal is to help companies identify and utilize the effective tools to assist in identifying and managing employees for maximum productivity and sales revenues. Nick’s business-to-business success is with companies from small owner-operated firms to Fortune 500 companies.
In 2008, Nick oversaw the addition of a new product line for Pro View Systems which targets companies that have mobile workforces that utilize light and medium vehicle fleets. These products, known as "GPS Fleet Tracking Systems", help companies reduce waste and increase driver productivity through a real-time vehicle monitoring system accessible through a web based portal.
With an extensive and diverse background spanning nearly 40
years and 5 different careers, Tom Natale brings real world
management and leadership experiences to his clients and
customers. As owner of SecureAlert, Inc, a company he helped
found in 1996, Tom faced many challenges a small business
owner must overcome to win in today’s competitive environment.
Prior to SecureAlert, Tom spent 24 years at General Electric and
7 years at Philips Consumer Electronics (Magnavox, Philco,
Sylvania) where he had risen to Vice President of Purchasing,
Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. Tom has a degree
from Penn State University and a Masters of Engineering from
the University of Louisville.
His most recent career as founder and managing partner of Pro
View Systems, Inc.— a Knoxville, TN company started in 2001,
allows him to apply all his management experiences and talents
to help other business owners and managers get the most from
their potential markets. Pro View provides a broad products and tools to allow companies to reach their peak potential. Tom is abreast of the challenges facing business leaders when it comes to processes and solutions which address these issues and create positive advancements and results for companies.
His goal is to help companies identify and utilize the effective
tools to assist in maximizing their full potential.
As a graduate in Accounting from Southern Oregon University, Shannon brings a diverse and talented background to Pro View Solutions. Her previous positions include key accounting roles at technology oriented businesses companies such as Abacast and Dynamic Events, Inc. located in Vancouver Washington. Shannon is adept in performing all accounting functions and managing the key office functions needed to keep customers, both internal and external, running smoothly and efficiently.
